Recruiting, training, rostering and supervising an operations team is a full-time job on its own, and it pulls owners and managers away from the work that grows the business. Nights and weekends make it harder again, because freight does not stop when the office closes.
We take that load on. Our teams learn how your operation already runs, work to your standards, and report back to you on a regular cycle. Our team
We recruit and train in Mohali, Punjab, within the Chandigarh tricity area, which gives us a steady pool of people with strong communication skills. Training is structured: nobody handles a client account independently before they have been trained on it and worked under supervision.
